今屆「小劍神」培訓計劃為周大福人壽首度冠名贊助，由啟德體育園社區項目飛越啟德主辦，計劃目標是經過科學化的方法篩選出有劍擊潛質的學員，接受為期接近兩年的系統化訓練，其中合資格基層家庭學員更會獲得周大福人壽全額資助。學員於培訓後期將會參與地區比賽，提升劍擊技巧的同時，更學習勇於挑戰的運動精神。

計劃由選拔賽展開，為學童分析潛能，方便日後因材施教，讓他們體驗劍擊樂趣之餘，挑選具潛質的劍擊學員。培訓由淺入深，好讓學員先打好根基，再加以深造。經過基礎及進階兩個階段的系統化訓練，計劃設有「小劍神」盃，鼓勵學員活用所學技巧，並施展渾身解數爭取佳績，同時為學員提供一個交流切磋的機會，進一步提升技能及解放潛能，亦藉此甄選表現傑出的學員進入為期一年半的精英培訓、表現優異學員更有機會銜接香港14歲以下精英運動員培訓，更可以參加由周大福人壽全力支持的「亞洲少年劍擊精英聯賽」，為學員提供一個與不同國家及地區的劍手競賽及交流切磋的機會，進一步提升學員技能及解放潛能。

2025年度計劃現正開始接受報名，並將於五月展開選拔，預計招募600位具潛質的劍擊學員。

This is the first year CTF Life serves as the title sponsor of the “Fencing Plus” Training Programme, organised by KTSI, aims to identify children with potential in fencing through nearly two years of structured training. Additionally, CTF Life will support selected children from underprivileged families to participate in the programme. As they progress, participants will engage in regional competitions, honing their skills while embracing the spirit of true sportsmanship and overcoming challenges.

The Programme provides a holistic development framework, guiding participants through a series of progressive training and competition experiences, beginning with a trial competition that assesses students' potential, provides tailored instructions and analyses their potential, identifying those with exceptional talent while introducing all of them with the joy of fencing. Qualified students will undergo structured training in basic and advanced stages. Later, they can compete at the “Fencing Plus” Cup, where they can put learning into practice during the competition and further enhance their skills through competitive sparring. Outstanding performers in the competition will receive elite training spanning for 1.5 years, and the chance to get into Hong Kong Under-14 professional fencing training scheme. Moreover, they will have the chance to participate in the prestigious ""Asian Youth Elite Fencing League,"" fully supported by CTF Life. This unique opportunity allows students to compete and interact with talented fencers from around the world, further enhancing their skills and unlocking their potential.

To further enhance the customer experience, the programme features exclusive quotas for CTF Life ‧ CIRCLE members, while Diamond and Gold members can enjoy priority enrolment and participation, accessing to premium experiences. Registration for the 2025 programme is now open, with trial competition set to be held in May to recruit 600 promising fencing students.

活動簡介

Programme Introduction

• The event accepts 'CTF Life ‧ CIRCLE' members ('Applicant') to register for children aged 6 to 10 years old ('Participant'). The age of the participant is calculated as of the first day of the programme. Diamond and Gold members can enjoy priority enrolment and participation. 
• Limited quotas available at a first-come-first-served basis. 
• Successful applicants need to donate HKD100 to the 'Kai Tak Sports Initiative Foundation Limited'  to support on community sports activities 
• Prior fencing experience is NOT a prerequisite for registration. 
• Participants must attend the full-day selection day at Kai Tak Arena Grand Hall on 4 May 2025 (Sunday) and complete all assessments. 
• Participants will go through 8-10 tests to obtain their physical fitness ability, the test items includes: 

✔ Speed 
✔ Flexibility 
✔ Reflection 
✔ Power 
✔ Balance 
✔ Agility 
✔ Body coordination 

- Participants do not need to obtain any knowledge or experience about fencing. Participants with fencing experience may possess minor advantage in the tests, though fencing skills will not be the major test criteria. To objectively assess participants ability, test results will be calibrated by the same age only.

• 活動接受「周大福人壽‧生活圈」會員（「報名者」），為年滿6 至10歲學童（「參加者」）報名，參加者年齡以截至計劃首日當天計算。鑽石及黃金別會員將獲優先取錄。
• 名額有限，大會以先到先得形式決定最後參加者名單。
• 成功的報名者會捐款報港幣100元正，全數撥捐「飛越啟德運動基金」舉辦更多活動予基層市民參與。
• 具有劍擊經驗並非報名計劃的先決條件。
• 參加者須出席2025年5月4日 (星期日) 於啟德體藝館舉行之全日活動方能完成所有相關測試內容。
• 遴選當日參加者須經過8-10 項以體適能為主的選拔測試，測試項目包括：

參加者無需具備任何劍擊知識及技巧，有劍擊經驗的參加者可能會有些微優勢，但並不會作為測試的主要基準。為公平起見，參加者亦只會和其他同年齡的參加者作成績排列。

Basic Training Date and Session options: 
19 July to 10 August 2025 (Every Saturdays and Sundays) 
Class A: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM 
Class B: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM 

23 July to 15 August 2025 (Every Wednesdays and Fridays) 
Class C: 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM 
Class D: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM 

Location: To be announced 
Admission Fee: HK$5,000 

Remarks: 
- Parents or Guardians of children aged 6-10 can register to become ‘CTF Life ‧ CIRCLE’ members to enrol for their children. Upon successfully passing the ‘Fencing Plus’ Training Programme Selection Day, they will be eligible to register for Stage 2 – Basic Training. 
- Admission fee includes the full set of fencing equipment and uniform. 
- Participants must meet the 80% attendance rate to receive a commemorative certificate issued by the organiser and to advance to the third stage of training.

進階培訓

Stage 3: Advanced Training

Location: Kai Tak Arena Sports Hall, Kai Tak Sports Park (Tentative) 

- Participants who successfully advance to the Stage 3 will be invited to enter the Fencing Plus Cup alongside with another fencing competition to be held at the Kai Tak Sports Park at the end of December 2025*. 

- All participants must attend the Competition. Participants who are absent from the Competition for any reason will be deemed to have given up the opportunity to advance to the final stage of the program.

- 成功晉身第三階段之學員，將獲邀參與暫定2025年12月底*於啟德體育園舉行的大中華「小劍神」盃賽。

作為啟德體育園的社區項目及本地認可的慈善機構，飛越啟德一直致力在社區舉辦各類型的體育活動，鼓勵市民踴躍參與，推廣全民運動。於2018年成立至今，飛越啟德已聯同超過100個合作夥伴，推出多達180個項目，吸引約125,000人次參加。隨着啟德體育園於2025年3月正式落成啟用，飛越啟德將會在園區推出更多精彩活動，讓市民能夠繼續以不同方式參與，提升他們的身心健康。

As the community project of Kai Tak Sports Park and registered charity in HK, KTSI is dedicated to promote "Sports for All" by organizing various community sports programmes and encourage people to engage in sports. Established in 2018, KTSI has worked with more than 100 partners for more than 180 programmes, and the number of participants has exceeded 125,000. With the grand opening of the park in March 2025, KTSI will keep organising different programmes for anyone from all walks of life to enable their physical and mental fitness.
